Computer Services & Maintenance Contracts
YES HardSoft Solutions Provides wide range of service contracts to its clients with very best rate. Company provides door step service to our clients by highly qualified professionals.
Annual Maintenance Services (AMS): AMS includes trouble shooting of computer problem for one year with spares replacement or repair. AMC includes re-installation of OS and other software. There is no extra charge for any replacement.
Annual Maintenance Services (24*7) (AMS-24*7): AMS-24*7 includes trouble shooting of computer for one year with spares replacement or repair. AMC includes re-installation of OS and other software's round the clock on all working days. Their no extra charges for replacement.
Annual Service Contract (ASC): Annual service contract includes only trouble shooting of Hardware and software & reinstallation of Hardware and Software. Annual Service Contract (ASC) does not carry replacement coverage. Replacement charges will be extra and needs to be paid by the customer.
Customer Carry in Service (CCS): CCS includes trouble shooting of computer hardware and software. Customer needs to bring the system to our office and get repaired on any working day. It includes installation and reinstallations of hardware and software's and does not carry any replacement coverage. Replacement charges will be extra and needs to be paid by the customer.
Single Service Call: If any customer does not want any annual contracts they can call us if they need any service for a single time to overcome any trouble. This includes trouble shooting, Installations and reinstallations of Hardware Software or Peripherals. This service does not carry any replacement coverage and replacement charges will be extra and needs to be paid by the customer.
