About Us

YES Groups, a brainchild of Mr. Deepak Budaguppe was started in the year 1998 with a intention of serving the society and also to make the society clean in all the aspects. It was started with a few of his friends, mainly to mention about Mr.Deepak M. and Mr.Jagadeesh G.N. who were the back bone to Mr. Deepak Budaguppe.

YES was inaugurated by Mr. Raja Shekara Koti, Editor of "Andolana Daily", a leading Daily Kannada News paper, by planting saplings at Jayanagar Government Hospital, Jayanagar, Mysore. Since then the group is doing a wonderful work with the guidance of noted Advocate and the Legal Advisor of the firm Mr. Venugopal and Mr. Dhiraj Kumar.A.K who is a advocate of Karnataka High Court. YES Groups wishes to thank Mr. Venugopal and Mr.Dhiraj.A.K for all the support they have given to the group.

Mr.Sreenivas Prasad, the former Member of Parliament (M.P), was a role model to the works of the group. He was a key leader of the nation where the group would wait for his advice in improving the society.

The group would like to thank Mr. Kiran.G for helping in getting such a wonderful name for the firm and to Mr. Mathew, Public relations officer of the group who gave timely advice to the group.

YES Groups also entered into business in the year 1999 with the start of YES Printers. The main objective was to provide job to the unemployed and also to have some financial assistance. (of course at the same time, improving of the business was also taken care for the survival of the company). Later, YES intended to be a big business firm, thus planned up massively for the upliftment of YES Groups business establishments.

YES HardSoft Solutions, a unit of YES Groups with a concentration of Computer Software and Hardware was started in the year 2002. Later in the year 2006, a branch of YES HardSoft Solutions was started in New Jersey, USA.

YES Finance, started in the year 2006 in India aimed at providing Micro Finance Strategy for the poor and also financing big companies and public when needed.

YES Emblem and Theme:

The emblem of YES Groups indicates a Clock with a dial shape which symbolizes a tick mark (10:10 clock dial) signal and depicts what it aims 'Be Positive'.

“Do something, lead, follow, or get out of the way” is the single line that YES has adopted and it is this strength of the Group that made it possible to grow up.
